At times, Gmail mistakenly sends emails you want, to the Spam folder…
If you do not readily find an email from firstname.lastname@example.org, please check your Gmail Spam Folder:
To assure you continue to get emails you asked to receive, Create a Filter .
If you find an email from me in your Gmail spam open the email and click the ‘Dots’ button on the top right, to reveal your choices.
Click the button Create a filter to open your settings. From the next menu, please check these options
Under the “Categorize as: Choose Category…”
Click the dropdown icon next to “Choose Category…”
Please select Primary in the next options menu.
For Outlook.com, Windows Live Mail, Hotmail and MSN Mail, sign in to your account at Outlook.com and do the following. Add the address to your contacts. Add the email address that is sending you email ( email@example.com) to your Outlook.com Contacts. Outlook.com will usually deliver email from addresses that are in your Contacts.
Add the address to your safe senders.
How to whitelist an email address with Yahoo! Mail
Sign in to your account at Yahoo! Mail and do the following.
Add the address to your contacts
Add the email address that is sending you email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to your Yahoo! Mail Contacts.
Yahoo! will usually deliver email from addresses that are in your Contacts.
Create a filter for the address
